Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across India to every PIN code serviced by our courier and surface-freight partners. If your PIN code turns out to be unserviceable after you order, we will contact you and issue a full refund for prepaid orders.

Dispatch time

• Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 24–48 hours of confirmation (working days).
• Every order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Unreachable orders are attempted for 3 days before being cancelled.
• Furniture ships by surface transport; sets and dozen-packs may ship as multiple boxes of the same consignment.

Delivery time

• Delhi NCR: usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Metros: usually 4–6 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: usually 6–8 working days after dispatch.
• Remote / North-East / island regions: 8–12 working days.

These are typical timelines, not guarantees — the last mile is in the carrier’s hands. If your order has not arrived within 12 working days of dispatch, write to us and we will chase it down or make it right.

Delivery charges

• Orders of ₹1,999 and above: free delivery.
• Orders below ₹1,999: a flat ₹99 delivery charge, shown at checkout.
• No hidden charges — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive the carrier name and tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Tracking links typically activate within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damaged or tampered parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery if possible, or photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours at support@timbervanta.com or +91 78368 10466. We will replace affected items at no cost.

Assembly

• Most chairs and stools arrive fully moulded — no assembly at all.
• Folding tables and the swivel stool arrive flat with a tool-free, 5-minute setup; instructions are in the box.
• No carpenter, no allen keys, no missing screws — that’s rather the point.
